At Paradigm we are solving the hardest problem in AI adoption: secure deployment of autonomous agents at scale while ensuring governance and maintaining visibility.
AI agents are becoming the execution layer of the enterprise, automating workflows, accessing sensitive systems, and making decisions in real time.
Traditional security and governance platforms were never designed for autonomous agent execution. They operate after the fact, creating visibility gaps and reactive security models that fail at machine speed.
Enterprises need inline enforcement and runtime governance built specifically for AI agents.
We built Paradigm to change that.
Paradigm provides the runtime execution boundary enterprises need to securely govern AI agents end to end.
By unifying security, governance, and observability through an inline AI gateway, Paradigm enables organizations to control prompts, models, data, and tool execution before actions occur, not after.
The result is secure agent deployment at enterprise scale without slowing innovation.
Enterprises need inline enforcement that prevents threats before they execute to secure autonomous agents operating at machine speed.
Paradigm provides a unified platform that brings together capabilities spread across traditionally complex, expensive, and gap-ridden point solutions.
Paradigm is built for the agentic AI era with vendor-agnostic, multi-cloud, multi-LLM governance.
The Paradigm team and advisors have spent decades building enterprise AI, security, and infrastructure platforms used by Fortune 500 companies and leading government organizations.
Our team includes enterprise operators, AI researchers, and infrastructure technologists from organizations including Citrix, AWS, NVIDIA, Cisco, Samsung, Nutanix, and Proofpoint.
Collectively, the team has contributed more than 50 patents spanning AI, security, distributed systems, and data infrastructure.
Deep expertise building and securing the platforms that Fortune 500 companies and government organizations rely on every day.
Waheed combines deep security expertise with a practical understanding of how large organizations adopt transformative technologies. At Paradigm, he is leading the mission to build systems that safely deploy AI agents at scale.
Prior to founding Paradigm, he founded Zambeel (acquired by Agami), which built one of the first massively scalable unified NFS and CIFS file systems to transform how digital information is stored and accessed. He also founded Zenprise (acquired by Citrix), a pioneer in enterprise mobile device management and security, and served as CTO of Mobile Platforms at Citrix. Most recently, he founded Mesmer, an early company applying generative AI to automate testing in complex enterprise environments.
Waheed is the principal inventor on 46 issued patents. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, where he serves on the Computer Science department's advisory board. He is a charter member of TiE and an active advisor and investor in early-stage technology companies.
Paradigm is proudly backed by TSVC, a leading Silicon Valley venture capital firm focused on deep technology and AI innovation. TSVC has been an early investor in companies including Zoom, Carta, and Ginkgo Bioworks. Learn more at tsvcap.com.
